It was definately Curbishly's Idea...................Bastard, living in the early seventies. I like Nos, but it's not my favorite, or even close. But, it's history now. Onward and upward, and perhaps Curbishly will be hit by a London bendy bus.

JD Diamond has a Saxon thread and even said many times that they have been a more consistent Metal band than Priest over the years. He totally trashed Priest when they announced the Epitaph tour. Some of the things he said didn't sound like a true fan to me.I didn't see you making a big deal out of that ...care to explain? About the only negative thing I've said according to diamond is that I don't like Halfords long coats ...lol. Didn't I see a pic. of you on here with Ozzy???... on the Priest website??? shame on you!

That's not true!! Released March 17, 1998 on CD by
Sony Music UK - UK Cat. # 493008

Epic Records Japan - JPN Cat. # ESCA 7713
I don't know if you all are familiar with this. It is not a bootleg but a compilation of rare live tracks and a remix of Turbo Lover. This was only released in Japan.

Is metal dying? I think so!!
That's the evolution - in music style, the musicians and bands,
the music industry and, of course, the customers!!
It's not a problem because of the downloads.
A lot of peoples/fans have lost their trust and interest in a lot of bands
like Metallica, Iron Maiden and now in Priest too, for an example.
Yep, that's goes to the members of Priest and their management:
It's not the right time to kidding and faking the peoples out there.
All your fucking statements are worthless until you start to tell us all
the truth!! Ya, we have deserve it!! Don't forget it:
You need us the fans to get a status like you have!!
It's very easy to game it away but it's very hard to get it back!!
Think about it!!
Nice of you to drag me into another one of your rants....BTW-You mention me in the same sentence as K.K.'s golf course.
The funny thing is this......I have actually been to Astbury Hall (His home & the courses name) with KK.
HA!!!

This is sad,is this what we've been reduced too here? Pleading for Priest to make 3 new songs? Its pathetic (not you guys, the fact that we have to plead with the band) that we are left with Nostradamus as the last Judas Priest album.
There definately isn't any plans on working on new material,if there was they would of mentioned it with the "big news" in December. Pssssft...."big news" my ass....what a lame shinanigan they pulled on us here man,we all were jacked up for this "big news in December" crap that Rob was mentioning but we never thought we were all supposed to jump up and fucking down because Jayne Andrews released information that the band is touring one last time without a new studio album wha-hooo right? Bullshit!
THIS TOUR IS ALL ABOUT GETTING MORE "$" CASH! Money money money is what they are after on this last tour or they wouldn't bother,it sure as hell would sell more than a new album that the trendy fucks out there wouldn't listen to because it doesn't have Living After Midnight on it,or You've Got Another Thing Comin......only the "hard core" long - time fans would be buying the record, which isn't enough to pay for K.K.'s golf corse "BLAH"!!!!
Like I said we've been shafted by the band here and the band didn't have the god damn common courtesy to give us a reach around!! A big round of "boooooooo's".

Whenever i read a discussion about maiden and priest it always seems that it becomes an either or discussion. I think Maiden rocks, i think they are extremely talented and have done some amazing work. But personally I prefer Priest. I enjoy that Priest tries different things. After all if they weren't a bit experimental they wouldn't have helped create a new genre of music! I think it speaks to the talent in the band that they can write songs that aren't all the same. I love the heaviest Priest stuff, Hellrider, Disident Agressor, Tyrant, etc. after all these songs helped create speed metal. But I always enjoyed the fact that unlike many metal bands (not MAiden of course) Halford can actually sing! And Tipton can play a melody! They can write a hook! It gives the music depth. I think Maiden has this ability also, which is why the "competition" between the fans seems odd to me. Both of these bands kick ass, they both have great range and have had incredible careers. And on top of it all...they are both still out on the road and making great music, why? Because they love what they do. Its why i at age 40 am still listening and I am very proud to listen to Priest...and Maiden.....it seems all the newer "musicians" want to be actors or athletes....anything but a musician, how many of todays "artists" will still be making music 30 years from now?

No, not "Iron Lady".
The German translation of Iron Maiden is "Eiserne Jungfrau".
"Maid" is a word in the language of "Old-German" and means "Virgin"."Schwachmat" is a german phrase
(colloquial language) of "Gehirnamputiert".
A fucktard is an awkward, stupid person that causes harm.
It's a short term for: "fucking retard".

HA!!!!!!! Well at least THAT kind of makes sense. I watched the "biathalon" yesterday and still cannot quite understand it. Hmm, let's see...we ski and shoot??? OOOOOKAAAAY. Just how the heck did that become an event?? Back in "Viking days", one would find out from the Mrs. that the in-laws were coming over for dinner and they were out of deer?? "Oh CRAP!! Where's my skis and my rifle??.. I am off to ski fast and shoot!" HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cross country skiing is on here at the moment LOL!!!

That is me and cross-country skiing. 9 miles and I KNOW it is tough but, man, I hate to "skate" when you often have to do so to get to another downhill run.
Then again, I never really had much time on real cross-country skis.

LOL snowboarding is actually one event that I have zero interest in, so no worries there.

Yeah, I am watching snowboarding as I type. Spoiler! All three Americans qualified! LOL!!!
(no need to watch it now...sorry, nobody from S. Africa, Australia nor NZ).

Well, its about quarter after noon here and the Olympics start in 45 min. I wonder if anyone else here already has them on TV? Looks like Snow Boarding is on tap today. I'm pretty sure the USA owns that event. Could be wrong but I sure see a ton of those kids running around here with the baggy jeans and flannel....And this is the desert!!!!!!!
