wierdo wrote:
Cygnus is a self sustained electrical generator. The system uses a high velocity wind cycle and generated current to conquer entropy. There are eleven major sections of Cygnus. They are as follows:
1. lithium ion DC battery
2. spin up DC electric motor and gear set
3. impeller advancer (a transonic jet fan with an electric motor on the opposite side spin up motor)
4. a 1: 10 ratio gear set
5. transonic dynamo (an expanded DC dynamo with a a jet fan at it's center)
6. prime impeller (a transonic jet fan attached to the core axle and the base of the 1:10 gear set)
7. final generator (AC or DC output also attached to the core axle)
8. wind return tubes (air velocity exits impeller advancer and re-enters at prime impeller)
9. air purge system (prevents ozone build up with in the system)
10. computer control and engine mapping (controls rpm emergency shut off ozone detection and battery charging functions)
11. battery charger
From source current the computer activates the DC spin up motor. This causes the impeller advancer to rotate, simultaneously the computer feeds current from the battery to the electrical motor on the impeller advancer..this rotates the rotor that is attached to the core axle the core axle is the input to the 1: 10 ratio gear set. the output of the 1: 10 gear set is the tube axle. The tube axle is the center of the transonic dynamo. When the system reaches a given rpm the computer switches off the current feed from the battery and activates the battery charger. The rotational sustainment current is then derived from the transonic dynamo and feeds the impeller advancer. The air velocity produced by the transonic dynamo impales the impeller advancer then enters the wind return tubes. The wind then re enters the system impaling the prime impeller. This reduces the torque required to sustain perpetual rotation and is why this system works. The core axle extends thru the prime impeller and attaches to the final generator. The system may require a percentile of current from the final generator to maintain the cycle under loading. If you draw the components from left to right the components would follow this order: 7,6,5,4,3,2,
As an estimate I expect this engine to produce internal wind speeds in excess of 300 mph and it could be constructed to exceed mach speeds.

The members of Lacuna Coil are all VERY nice. Before the shows, they grill out by the tour bus. Sometimes you can walk right up to them if it's not roped off and hang out and ask for autographs. When they headline in the clubs, they will go into the club after they shower and have some drinks while the guys pack up their stuff. When we saw them last, two of the members walked right into the bar and hung out with us for a while. It was really GREAT!! So if you get a chance to see them, hang out after the show and maybe you will meet them and keep your eyes open in the bar BEFORE the show!
This is in the bar before the show with Maus (guitar player). Notice I am still loyal to Priest - I'm wearing my JP cross!!
This is me with Maki (bass) out on the patio drinking a couple beers before the show.

an aunt also had renal failure currently undergoing hemodialysis & it's been a struggle to gether to the dialysis center and two doctors with conflicting opinions( one saying she didn't need dialysis & another saying she had to have it);
relative whose mom diagnosed with renal failure had refused to be a burden to her family and refused dialysis only to leave this word after 5 months;
distant relative also refused to undergo treatments passed away after 3-4 weeks...
(having a family friend whose a doctor said that dying from this is not an unpleasant experience since the brain shuts down first then the organs fail.)
i have an uncle whose currently undergoing hemodialysis and seems to be alot more healthy over the months...
i feel for all the people in the world who has to go thru this experience and family members dealing with it's ramifications.

Yes,.........there will NEVER be another live album as great as UNLEASHED IN THE EAST..........................................................EVER.
This is the best live album "IN THE WORLD'S HISTORY OF MUSIC". I really think this is true.
I'm not to thrilled about the band's new live offering....I feel that with the DVD's "Live In London,Electric Eye and Rising In The East".....even though those are "DVDs"...it feels as if they are "live albums"......
....it seems as if Priest has released 4 live albums since 2002 or so...? I don't know,I'm kind of burnt out on these live offerings man.
I just would rather have the band take a break after this British Steel tour, and do nothing for a while, then think about a fresh approach to a new studio album.
I'm not to thrilled about them releasing the new live album...

We have Unleashed in the East. We have the Evening Star 7" (for Beyond the Realms of Death live). We have Priest...LIVE!.
We've got Electric Eye AND Rising In The East.
What do all of the above mentioned gather, besides being LIVE releases (or containing live material) from glorious masses of the Unholy Church of Iscariot and it's all mighty embassadors?
They all have the Sacrossaint Rob Halford roaring out the God's words in a perfect, rather Metal God-like voice.
2008 was NOT a good year for our Holy Priest Halford in terms of voice. I could hear that yesterday as I listened more carefully to the gig of March 17th. I'm sorry, it just wasn't. (What do you mean about them owing an apology to Ripper, what for?)

i got to really see how we are all unique...nerves,blood vessels, tendons, etc.
(except for the diseased organs like livers, kidneys and such...)
all real cadavers and very generously displayed!
Hugh Laurie who plays House is a great British comedy actor and has been on the scene in the U.K for over 25 years. The show you are thinking of is called Jeeves and Wooster. Laurie plays Wooster an upper class english idiot who is always getting himself into trouble. Jeeves, played by Stephen Fry, is his butler who always saves the day. For other great Hugh Laurie stuff check out Amazon UK, for the Blackadder series, particularly series 3 and 4 and his own show A Bit Of Fry And Laurie.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record...the live rendering of this on the "Unleashed In The East" re-issue is absolutely SMOKIN'....gets me fired up each and every time I hear it.

yeah we had over for dinner the other night, very very smelly individual at that!
but very cordial, i thought he may have been a wussy until he threw the large boulder fifty feet away.
he is much a vegan...
only priest did what they do with metal what music does with melody...
"nostradamus" is a definitive metal masterpiece!!!
a classic for the ages,
NOSTRADAMUS WOULD BE PROUD!
only Priest could do what they did with "Nostadamus",
kinda like a modern day 'sad wings of destiny' that redefines what metal can do...
JUDAS FOREVER....
