Thanks Vallant. Yes, we got a real good view of everything from up high. I wanted the get the full view of the lasers & fire in Vegas. Was great that we were able to get in the center of the stage.

I know! Me either. By the end of the second song security came by and ordered us to sit down. I've been to a lot of concerts & never been told to sit down by anyone.

Thanks Spapad! For Calgary we had front row. Paid a lot for them on eBay but well worth it. Edmonton just to the side of the people on the floor. And for Vegas I wanted to sit in the stands high up, to get a full view of the Fire & Lasers. We had the first row in the center. First time I've ever been told to sit down at a concert. It really pissed me off! People were yelling & tossing stuff at us! WTF???

My Dearest Metal Gods,
Judas Priest has been my favorite band for over 26 years. Since Rob got back with the band my life has revolved around Priest. Priest this, Priest that, everything Priest! I’m loving it! The past 6 years JP has been such a huge part of my life. You have no idea how big! I was deeply sadden to hear the news of the final tour next year. But after my tears dried, I became very thankful for all the years of dedication & sacrifices you have given us. And all the kick ass music, of course! Thank you all so much. I have so much love & respect for you all. I know when I’m your age, I’ll still be rockin’ out to The Priest! Also, Thank you for giving us lots of notice about the final tour. You’re going to see me a few times!

Got the lights on eBay a couple of years ago. The seller left eBay just shortly after I bought them. I've never seen them again. I should have bought 2 of each. I don't turn them on very often. I have 3 Rob Sculptures. The two you see here and one never opened. I hope soon get a second of KK & Glenn when I have some extra cash. I also purchased the sweet banner behind the Sculptures on eBay. I love eBay. Judas Priest was the reason I started my eBay business years ago. I got addicted to buying Priest stuff on eBay. Sounds crazy but it happened. Going to the mail box was like christmas every day! It was fun! I've now got that addiction under control & have built myself a nice little business over the years.

I was going through the pics. hubby took at last years Mosters of Rock. I found a few I don't think I posted last year. We were front row in the VIP section. VIP? What a joke... I couldn't see Ian or Scott for the whole show. And to think, we paid extra for that!

I totally agree! I talked to the seller 2 days ago for those tickets & they still had all 10 left. They are accepting offers too. I think with the concert being so near they would take a lower offer. You should go if you can.

Anyone know why there is no picutres being posted of this years shows? Are they even taking any? I didn't even notice when I was in front row. I only saw what was happening on stage.
Also, if you see any of my necklaces, PLEASE let me know. I'm starting to freak out a bit. Last year it was about 2 weeks after I gave them to Priest before I started to see them. But because I didn't not hand deliver them to the band this time, I don't even know if they received them yet. They were giving to Martin the morning or the Corpus Chrisit show.

And I didn't want to miss a second of the concert that I didn't have to. This picutre I look like shit. It was bloodly hot and the heat put me on my ass for about 36 hours in Texas. I'm Canadian, I can't handle extreme heat. Luckily I felt better by time Priest hit the stage and was able to rocked out hard. I always had a fist or two in the air, even if I was taking a drink. LOL! I knew every word to every song played & sang my heart out. Singing along with Rob is one of my favorite things in life to do. Getting to do it live in front row is just amazing. We missed all of Whitesnake in CC cause I needed to hide out in the shade & rest for Priest. We did get to see Pop Evil. I really did enjoy them. They were fun to hang out with too. I felt really bad because in SA we didn't get there in time to see them. So after the show when we hung out with them I couldn't even tell them they Rocked. I made a point to see them in CC, feeling like shit & all. And after, did tell them They Rocked! A few of them even pointed us out durning their time on stage. It was cool.

Yep. Paid $15 for it in SA. It came on a ball chain but I put it on a leather necklace I made and had brought to texas. Going home I got hassled a bit at the airport. The dummy thought it could have been real. LOL!! Yeah, I may look a little bumb but I sure the hell would NOT hang a real razor blade around my neck! LOL!!!!

| Hi everyone! First, Bev it was so cool getting to meet you last night. Hope you enjoyed the show as much as I did. Hubby took about 600 pictures between CC & SA. So going by about 10% turning out, I should have a bunch of good ones. It was so funny how my hubby got the camera in at CC. He had it in his hand behind my back when getting searched. They didn't even see it. Any ways both concerts kicked ass. Last night we were in front row on kKs side. I wore the same outfit as I did at last years meet & greet in hope of the guys reconizing me. It was helpful for Bev to spot me. I'm very sure Rob reconized me. The first time he looked my way, his face lite up, he then smiled and pointed right to me. Now I know they do that all the time, KK also did it a couple of times to me too. But when Rob did it, his face lite up like he did reconize me. That made my night. As for the necklaces I made them, on sat night we got to the tour buses. Priest was gone already but Pop Evil was there. I gave them to their manager and the next day the manager confirmed that yesterday morning he hand delivered them to Priests manager. So they should get them. I'll post a ton of pictures after I get home & settled in. |

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've been here. I hope all is well with everyone. Been a crazy month for me. Anyways Happy Halloween!
Here's the stuff from the meet & greet that I got framed. It turned out so perfect. I'm very happy with it.

ERRRR...The seller raised the price by $1.00 since this morning.
Today I took all my signed stuff from the Meet and Greet including my Priest Bill to get it framed. Can't wait to get it back. I should get it back in a few weeks, just in time for my birthday! I also decided to print a picture of my meet and greet and have that in it as well. I'll post a picture when I get it back.

Very nice Healer. Thank you. That chair is so cool. I just love the skulls! Were you able to get any with Death rolling Rob out? He was only out for a few seconds. Hubby and I were at a perfect angle to see Death. That was my most fav. memory from the concert, Rob getting rolled out by death on his cool ass chair!

Speaking of MOR. This was front row in the VIP section. WE GOT RIPED OFF BIG TIME!!! Could not see much or even get any good pictures. I couldn't see Scott or Ian the whole show.
Again front row in the VIP section. Zoomed out. WTH???
The fenced area was the VIP section on the floor. In the above picture the fence was just in front of us.

One of my fav. from Edmonton. At one point Rob put his foot on the box just behind the security gaurds back. If I would have taken just one step forword I could have touched Rob. But I didn't. Becasue we had nothing infront of us, at the begining of the concert the security gaurd told us to stay put and not to move forward. I didn't wanna risk getting kicked out. It was so hard to hold myself back but I didn't think the reward would be worth the risk.

Every picture I have from Edmonton has that same security gaurd and the dam wire hanging down! KK was very annoyed by the wire. When he first come out he actually tried to move it then gave a " What the hell !!! " look.

We're back in Canada, safe & sound -- not too much worse for wear after another 21 hour drive -- and wishing we were back in Vegas. It's cold up here!
What an experience seeing Priest in such a cool venue as "The Pearl" and having them all to ourselves ... but it was like the party just kept going on afterwards -- with all the Priest Fans wandering around The Palms everywhere!
We also met up with Steve & Johnnie (whom we met gassing up in Cedar City on the way there), and they got to sit with Ian and she got a kiss, so they have a story to go back to Utah with as well.

From meeting in the Loose Caboose the night before the concert, to having our posters confiscated (hee-hee), to going up to the Playboy Club ... it was an honour & a priviledge to meet and share all of this with you. Colley & I are looking forward to the next time ... Just say when and where! You *know* we'll be there -- now we know we can get across the border! (LOL).
Dee, hope you're real birthday was a blast -- though I can't think of much that would top your trip to Vegas!
A big "hi" and hugs to you & Janet (our Rocka Rolla girl!), it was great talking with you both and I hope all those things we talked about work out. Such a pleasure meeting you. Thanks for the pics, can we have some copies -- if it's not too much trouble? (Those ones up in the club are very cool.)

Great pics Jeanine. This one reminds me of Edmonton. My hubby was to the left of me taking pics. for me. Every time my right arm got sore I'd try changing to my left.(I always had a fist in the air.) He kept making me put it down because I was blocking his view for the pictures. I didn't really feel too much pain the next day. Thought I would hurt bad. Guess my strengh training through out the winter paid off. I remember after the 2005 shows hurting for days and days after. I'm sure some of you from Vegas might still be feeling it.

SWEEEEET!!!! Amanda finally updated the photos. So here's an update on the leather necklaces I made for the guys. On Aug 10th, Rob took 2 pendants off the leather and put 1 on each side of his jacket. Right in the front too! They have been there ever since. I have yet to see a photo that has a clear shot of both. He's got an Iron Pentagram on his left arm and a Spiked Skull on his right arm. I've posted the Iron Pentagram before. There is many clear photos of it due to the large size of it. The Spiked Skull has been hard to get a clear photo. He's much smaller. This is the best photo so far.
 
I like this photo, you can see the Iron Pentagram on Rob's thigh. (But can't make out the spiked skull.)
Also, on Aug 10th KK wore the Tribal Fire Wheel.
Now on Aug 24, 27, 28, 30, 31 & Sept. 1 Ian is wearing the Skull necklace!!! You can see it in many photos!

Hi everyone! Dam it's cold here already. The past week I've had to turn my heat on each morning until it has warmed up outside. Today I went for a walk with my winter coat on and froze my ass off! I really, really wish hubby and I were heading to Vegas. Bet it's hot there! Anyways wanted to wish luck to everyone meeting up in Vegas tommorrow. I'll be thinking of you. Thanks Jeanine! I've had Rob's Scupures since they came out. (Actually have 3 now.) Can't wait to have KK and Glenn next to him! Looks like they are coming out with a new Randy Rhodes one too. Might be nice to have as well. I put a Pre-order on Ozzy at the same time as KK and Glenn but now I can't even find Ozzy on their web site.

Thanks Jeanine! It's been very thrilling for me. Have a great time in Vegas. Sure wish I was going but it just didn't work out for me. I did think that I was going right up until the day tickets went on sale. But I was unable to purchase VIP becasue I live in Canada. BOOO on ticket master! Oh well, hopefully next time.

| Hi everyone! I spent some more time going through the hundreds of pics my hubby took in Edmonton. I was a total mess when we left in the morning and didn't bring my real camara. So all the pics were taking on my crappy phone. I'm still kicking myself for that one and sure to beat myself up over it for a long time to come. So I should have had a ton of great pics, as we were closer than front row but my phone SUCKS. I only got a few worth posting. Awesome pics Healer. The best I've seen yet from members here. Thanks so much for sharing. At the Edmonton show I was in about the same spot, just in front of KK. The stage was much smaller. There was only 3500 people there. I feel very lucky that my meet and greet was not as rushed as mosted. Look the the Vancover pics. They look the most rushed. My hubby and I got at least 2 full mins with the guys. Less people paid off for us. I really hope that your picture with the guys shows up. I was being a little nice with my comments about Amanda picture taking skills. They really should have had a professional takiing them or at least give her the time to re-take it, if needed. After all, for some people this is the most important moment of their life.

Thanks so much for coming to Calgary and being part of Monsters Of Rock. You all looked hot and sounded amazing! It was an hour of heart pounding fun! I only wish it could have lasted longer.
The very next day I drove to Edmonton with my hubby to meet you and catch the show there. I have had 2 weeks to think of the words to explain to you what an incredible experience that night was to me but still don’t really know what to say or how to explain it. It truly was the best day of my life. 2 weeks after and I still tear up looking at the picture. Thank you so much for making my long time dream come true.
I hope you all received the leather necklaces I made for you. (If not, ask Rob. I passed them all to him.) Some of the other members here helped me pick out the pendants for you. (Thanks everyone!) A
bout 2 1/2 years ago I checked out eBay for the very first time. I got a wee bit addicted to buying Priest stuff. So I thought I better try to sell something to help that addiction. I started my eBay store, QT’s Cool Stuff, making and selling those necklaces. 2 1/2 years later I’ve got that addiction under control and have built a nice little business for myself. That just ONE of the small ways Priest has enhanced my life. You will forever be in my heart.

Here's a few photos from MOR. I was front row in the VIP section but still far from the stage. Halford ended up on the front page of out local city new paper the next day. I thought that was cool since they only had 1 hour to play.

The Meet & Greet!
It was very well organized. I was told by Amanda that the max is 40 people per show. They have 20 minutes to get 40 people through. That works out to 30 seconds per person. It was very rushed, so make sure you are organized and calm.(For me jumping up and down while in line helped.) Because it’s all over in less than 1 minute. If there is 2 in your group, like with myself and hubby, you get 1 minute and 1 photo only. BOOO to the one photo! Didn’t we pay for 2 VIP tickets??? Any ways, for us when we got closer to the front of the line you can start to see some band members. I first got to see Rob and KK as we got closer. My heart was pounding. That’s when the jumping helped to clam me a bit. Right before your turn to meet them you’re told, when you see the flash from the people in front of you, GO! My order was Scott, Glenn, Ian, Rob then KK. I don’t know how I was able to keep it together but I did. Maybe the jumping! LOL! About 2 hours before the meet and greet we found out that it was 1 min. of one on one time with the full band and not just a mad mob around the band. I lost it. I cried off all my make-up. Any ways, as I walked up to Scott I gave him a big hug, then hugged Glenn, then Ian, Rob and KK. As I was hugging them my hubby was following behind me getting my Mega Metal cards sighed. (I’ll post the pictures.) After I hugged KK I turned to Rob and handed him the bag of necklaces I made for them. He took it and said OHHH Cool, thank you. I was very well orgainzed. I had 5 bags labled with their names in one larger bag, just incase there was not time to hand one bag to each member. Then I went back to Scott to get my Judas Priest Legal Tender Real USA dollar bill signed. That bill got us at least an extra minute with the band!!! Thank you eBay for selling wickly cool stuff! They had never seen one before. They seemed to think it was pretty cool that their picture was on a real legal tender bill. (I'll post the picture and YES it is REALLY legal tender.) I had a protective clear cover over the bill and forgot to take the bill out. Both Scott and Glenn signed the cover and not the bill. Luckily I was not in La La land (at that moment) and noticed before it got to Ian. I remember Rob saying “We need to make sure we sign the bill” and it went back to Scott with the cover off. While they signed I was clinging to Rob the whole time. I remember rubbing and patting his back and telling him I love him. He said “I love you too” I know he must say it to every fan that says it to him but who cares? I DON"T! THE METAL GOD HIMSELF TOLD ME HE LOVES ME! His voice was so soft and sweet. I hope I never forget that moment. I also got a “We love you too” out of KK. I might have told him a couple of times too. Some of it’s just a blur. I mostly stayed between KK and Rob. After they all signed the bill someone said “picture time.” Everyone scramble for a moment, the flash went off and the next people were up. As we walked away I let out a little scream and started to bawl like a baby. My hubby told me after he could tell all the other fans were so happy for me. We met and breifly got to know so many cool people at the Pre Party. After that the night just got better. I’ll start a new post for that when I have more time. I have some really cool stories to tell. This was just half of the best night of my life! |

| Hi there Everyone. Sorry I didn't make it back yesterday with more details. 3 days of very little food and sleep (I couldn't eat or sleep for days) and back to back Priest, I was beat. First off, thanks for the comments on my picture. I am very happy with it. As soon as we got home from our 2 1/2 hour drive from Edmonton I ran in to check to see if they posted them yet. After seeing it I just sat there and cried. I didn't even cry at my own wedding! The past 3 days I've shed many, many happy tears. I hope everyone that gets to meet the band get a good picture too. Good Luck. If you look, not everyones is turning out good. BTW, the good looking guy with his arm around KK is my Hubby. We have been together since I was 14 years old. So Rob and Priest have a bout 2 years on him. He has a very good understanding of my love for Rob and Priest. I'm so glad he was there by my side because I was a real mess before the meet and greet. When we first got to the hotel I got out of the car and forgot to close car door. My hubby went out about 5 mins. after and my door was hanging wide open. LOL! I lost my mind for a couple of days for sure! I'm sure some of you know or will know what I'm taking about. Ok I'm gonna start a new post for the details, just wanted to add, I did get lots of photos (My sister watched the full 1 hour of Priest at MOR through her camera, she got hundered's.) Just need time to sort them out. But I'll be sure to post the best ones. |

HI EVERYONE! Just got back from Edmonton's show last night. Saw that my photo was already posted. Don't have much time now but will be back later to tell you all about it. You can see Rob holding the bag of necklaces I made for them!!! It was the best night of my life ever! I can't stop crying. LOL!!!

| Hi Everyone. OMG! I'm freaking out! MOR Today and Meet and Greet tommorrow! If I get any good pics. I'll be sure to post them here next week. For MOR they are allowing Carmera! How cool is that! Thanks to all who gave advise on which necklaces for me to pick. I finally made decisions and have have thier necklaces made and ready to go. I decided to give each member 2. I could not get it down to one. I have made 1000's and 1000's of leather necklaces now and the ones for the Guys where the most exciting and stressfull to make. So thank you very much everyone! Well have to run. MOR in a few hours. Have a wonderful weekend everyone! (I know I will, hehe) |

My Dearest Metal Gods,
Since Nostradamus came out, on average, I listen to it 2-3 times per day. I fall alseep with Priest tunes running through my head and I wake up with Priest tunes in my head. This morning I had a very nice wake up to Conquest. I can't seem to get enough time to listen to Nostradamus.
