TOPIC: THE NEW ALBUM!
[Chris 15363] Tuesday, February 26, 2013 10:54:24 AM
New song titles....

Waiting for Years

What's the Rush?

There's no Hurry

Global Warming Apocalypse.... Ha ... I like it HOT

Why Johnny Why?

Risen from the Dead

I hope JP doesn't overdue it on this masterpiece that they'be been slaving away on for years... They should go back to simple old school... Hell bent for Leather, British Steel, SFV, Painkiller... not Jugulator, Nostradamus.

Looks like KK is going to be playing a gutar solo on Geoff Tate's new Queensryche album!

It will probably be in stores before Judas Priest has any new music available

Does anyone have any clue when the new album will be released?
I read an article in a January 2012 issue of Guitar World magazine about bands with albums coming out in 2012... Glenn and Ritchie did the interview assuming the album was going to be out in 2012. What is taking so long?

Do you think John Baxter has Rob and Judas Priest tied up in court and that is why it is taking way too long for the next Judas Priest album.

What about the Epitah tour dvd?... that will probably be out by summer but I want to hear new songs.... this waiting sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somebody has got to call Jayne on the phone and find out what is happening!!!!!!!!! What's the name their managment company????

TOPIC: Nostradamus CD....what do you think?
[Chris 15363] Wednesday, July 09, 2008 9:51:29 PM

I think Nostradamus is a brilliant Judas Priest Album... It is so Polished and fined tuned... Glenn and K.K. used so many different unexpected Guitar tones. Rob Halford sounds amazing and I am glad he didn't use his high pitched voice much.

But I also think Glenn and KK overdid the dramatic intros...(interludes) some songs just don't need it... Peace is not necessary, Calm before the Storm is not necessary and even songs without interludes like Death and Persecution should have started with the main riff instead of the mellow part. Classic Judas Priest masterpiece songs like SFV, Grinder, Painkiller, Rapid Fire, Hot Rockin, Freewheel Burning, Jawbreaker... they all start out fast and furious and Judas Priest needs to get back to that. agressivness.
