The "Eat me Alive" song, while not heard that year was all well on the back of JP tour shirts. A picture of a leather clad woman in spike heels with her wrists handcuffed to her ankles. That was the back of my tourshirt. My mother was mortified! LMAO!!!
I agree Guitardude, just enjoy the songs but I'm courious if that "tasnam1" , jimmy james or anybody for that matter can name these "tons" or "loads" of songs/lyrics that has a slant towards the homosexual side, they can't do it as they will only be able to come up with 3 or 4 and not tons or loads, its fucking ridiculous.
Even the song lyrics 'Eat Me Alive" were written by Tipton/Downing/Halford while they were all 3 drunk off thier asses one night in 83' and the song was originally going to be called "Bad Girls In Leather" but they thought that name was too tame so they changed it to Eat Me Alive which could be taken either heterosexual or homosexual but it doesn't "slant" towards "homosexuality".
People read way too much into this shit,I couldn't find the article/interview but Halford already mentioned that the lyrics are not "gay" they can be taken either way the listener wants to perceive it. Like I said,Id like a list of these fucking "tons" of songs.....

Ok, what I had in mind was Delivering the Goods, always been a favorite as well as the title track(american version)
Now, as for over tones or under tones, what the hell ever, just listen to the song a enjoy it! Jeez man!

Pick one GD! I know I'd love to hear a bunch of that Record. That is why I have yet to put in a one song off each album request, probably never will. I just hope some rare ones creep in.

Hell Bent for Leather I think is the most under rated album in the catalog, for me it has many songs that are so strong and I hope to hear live next time around!
