Everyone knows that my hope in life is that the gates of paradise are guarded by animals.
That guy is probably a good "Church goer" too. Sad and I really hope he is attacked by the ghost cougar / chupacabra some day. Puerto Rico, Cuba, México are full of them. I even hear that they caught one recently. Nope. Chupacabras are to blame. | | Where AmI wrote: | | Hi Guido...I don't think bugs are the scariest creatures in the countryside: I think ghost cougars are the scariest. A neighbor of mine once had an old horse that somehow "unfortunately" tripped and fell into a ditch and died. Now the neighbor blamed it on a cougar stalking the animal and kept pointing at some puncture wounds on the dead animal and some cat paws nobody seemed to recognize...perhaps because there are no cougars in the region. Biggest cat is a bobcat, lots of wild domestics, racoons, skunks and deer.
Quite scary that ghost cougar, don't you think?
That neighbor was haunted, of course. Lots of his animals kept dying from strange occurrences...the older the nag, the greater the risk of death by ghost cougar...or accidental falls.
Beware of ghost cougars. | | guidogodoy wrote: | | Ahhh...someone saw the movie "The Shawshank Redemption." After all "who really looks at someone's shoes?"
As for Nowhere, TN. Here are a couple of pics I took today from the END OF MY DRIVEWAY!! Pic number one is looking towards the city! LOL!!!!!
Yeah, deadly spiders, Sister Hazel, I am screwed....(cows were in the field up the hill in pic #2, btw. Too far to see).

Guido walking the dirt roads of Nowhere, TN...showing off them shoes and making the townspeople do a double-take (and take a stab at how the name on the heel stripe is supposed to be pronounced). | | spapad wrote: | | That is one Damn Fine lookin shoe! And it looks just like my chucks that are signed except a few details! Guid should order a pair! LOL | | Vaillant 3.0 wrote: | | HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations. It fits!
 | | guidogodoy wrote: | | Try "guidogodoy" It should fit!!!! | | spapad wrote: | | It wont fit Becks, you are only allowed 10 spaces with breaks and all included. Sorry! | | Becks wrote: | | Oooooh yeah, I wonder if Metal Gods would fit and be allowed? LOL! | | Vaillant 3.0 wrote: | | How about songs? You know, like "Painkiller" or "Hellrider" or something like that? | | Becks wrote: | | Hmmm, what other Priest related slogans will fit on the back and not infringe on any copyright? LOL! | | spapad wrote: | | If mine go through I'll let you know, as "the priest" alread wont go through since last year, as soon as they find out a clever fan they dismiss them, so it mine go through I'll tell you and you should order them VERY soon. | | Becks wrote: | | Oooooh you just reminded me that I want to make my own chucks too, cos they can be sent to my sister in the UK and she will forward them on to me! KKDOWNING would be cool down the spine! I want something Priest related too! LOL! | | spapad wrote: | | Well thanks Becks and now I'm going to go totally off subject and ask you, as I am ordering new shoes, put the JP shoes on from last year just for a Hoot and they felt wonderful!
Now, My delima! Should I go with just PRIEST down the back of the shoe, or should I cram creativity into it and spell KKDOWNING down the back spine? They are already on to what I wrote last year, which was THE PRIEST, and I'm not able to get that again.
Give me some input! As I'm ordering them in leather this time and cant wait to have them on my tootsies! | | Becks wrote: | | Interesting topic!
Spa is right, it can be difficult to get around Europe - especially if the country you are going to is either not in the EU or is part of the eastern block.
I think all over the world there is a solid core of metal fans - we all know a true metal supporter is so for life! I know that even though the 'popular' music here in NZ at the moment is stupid hip hop bullshit, but there are plenty metal fans here too! But it is a long way for a band to travel, to come and play for us. And our population compared to other countries is miniscule, only 4 million. |
