anything is possible now a days,,,, I know people go through mailboxes around holidays, looking for grandmas x-mas card with the 10.00 bill in it... that is not uncommon. 

I had a rebate check stolen from me It must have went to the wrong P.o box was for 15.00.  the company sent me a copy of the cashed check,,, was my name but not my signature..  what can you do???  it was 15.00  ???
