You forgot 6 capital letters. Five of them at the begining of a sentence, one should be the first letter of the name "Norman".
"neibours" is not right, "neighbours" is.
"comand" is wrong, "command" is correct.
Also, if you are quoting someone (Norman, in this case), it would be good if you were to put it like this: "Woof".
