It sucks when you start raising hell with some services about a nasty letter you've received about a bill they say you haven't paid.......and while you're angrily telling them that you have paid it and what the hell is going on.....you realize that the said letter was actually for someone else and only ended up in your mailbox instead of the right one ..... man .... ended up apologizing ..... and laughing when I hung up the phone.
