Do you remember a series that came out, I wanna say in the mid 60's...I believe it was a British show...I can't for the life of me remember the name of it (a lot of help I am )...but this guy was being held in this 'town' against his will...and every time he would try to escape, a big, white balloonish type ball would chase him down...in one of the episodes (i've seen them all on DVD of a friend a few years ago)...he claims "I amnot a number..."...Iron Maiden used the excerpt for the beginning of one of their songs...do you remember the name of the series?...If so, what did you think of it?...I liked it... AND IF SO,I SHOULDN'T BE VERY EXPENSIVE,AS THERE WEREN'T THAT MANY EPISODES...JUST TO LET YOU KNOW,IN CASE YOU WERE INTERESTED.

I did try one time, but it didn't do anything for me...I have a satellite channel called Chiller...and I'm able to catch the original Kolchak daily...I am happy to have that...

I grew up with Kolchak, The Night Stalker, and was really disappointed for a long time because there were no good series out there like it, that is, until the X Files. The series has been over for awhile now, but I still love to see the re-runs. With Mulder keeping the faith and Scully trying to find scientific reasons, it kept me going to the end. Anyone else enjoy the show as I did, and would you have liked to see it continue?
