Please excuse my ignorance, but without knowledge of your circumstance, this doesn't make a lot of sense. There are very few instances where the person being punished is truly ignorant of why they are in the wrong. In those cases when this is true, I agree that it is a diabolical injustice. Unfortunately, Murphy's Law is not a defense or excuse for anything. It's just a little joke. If a person consistently puts oneself in a position to have things go wrong for them then they say " Oh that's just Murphy's Law". NO, that's just bad judgement on a consistent basis. A person CANNOT allow there lives to be dictated by such lack of personal resposibility. Things happen that are beyond our control and I really do understand that, but to try to deny the responsibility of anothers death when you are the cause is far more diabolical than any punishment that could be rendered. Truth be told, a lie is the worst crime of all. It always leads to more crime. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by EriktheRed9 from Tuesday, August 05, 2008 9:42:13 PM)

No punishment is just when the one punished is ignorant of the cause. Punishment under such circumstances not only ceases to be just, but becomes a diabolical injustice. I have been slammed by evil and am a walking diabolical injustice where murphys law has taken over the yin and yang...that is a diabolical injustice. Edited at: Tuesday, August 05, 2008 9:44:29 PM
