Internationally Rammstein (look folks, this is Africa we can't be too picky here lol)
locan act would be a toss between Umtakati (means witchdoctor) and a band called NOTM
They were legendary!

Holy crap! Another Deadhead!

Man, I wholeheartedly agree. I had a long-time girlfriend and we had a deal: we travel to Priest concerts for me while we go to Dead shows for her. Spent a number of summers that way. "Victim or the Crime" / "Victim of Changes." Both have always been among my favorites (not necessarily in that order).

The best heavy metal show I've seen was 7/9/84 Judas Priest at Hara Arena  Dayton ,Ohio General Admission (also the only show I've seen where the security guards had guns !! )

I have seen over 300 professional acts since my first concert in '78 and my hands down favorite non metal act is the Grateful Dead nothing like it anywhere else !!

Milan, 2009, Priest Feast with testament and megadeth
Rome, 1988 Priest, pantera, annihilator
Rome, 1984 (more or less) Accept, Venom, Raff

One of this. Maybe the last one, I remember better.
I'm still waiting to see Priest & Motorhead together. After it I will dedicate the rest of my life to listen 'new romantics'.

For me it was the painkiller tour in philly. Testament, Megadeath and then of course the Priest. Great show in the spectrum which was such a great place to see a show. A close second would have been Metallica on tour by themselves for the black album. They were on top of their game and very few bands could get on stage with them. Every word of every song was sung back at the band, at times James would stop singing and just listen. LOL now that i think about the British Steel tour last summer was my favorite show ever....but the question was about heaviest.....so i'll stay with Painkiller

Probably Pantera at the Wellington Town Hall on their Far Beyond Driven Tour. That was earsplittingly loud and heavy. Another one that was real loud but not necessarily heavy as such was Them Crooked Vultures who I saw in January this year. I was quite surprised at how loud they were.

The heaviest (nonPriest) concert that I attended was 1994 (Metallica/Suicidal Tendencies and Fight) at Star Lake Amphitheatre outside Pittsburgh, Pa. .
I've seen Metallica 10 times and that was by far their best performance. Also last hurrah for Suicidal Tendencies. Too bad because they were so kick ass.
Fight was a last minute replacement for Candlebox (maybe there is a God). They opened the show with a killer performance. Overall, major badass concert.
