Hiya Jeanine! Hiya Spa!
Yeah it would have been nice to have a bit of company, I didn't realise how nice it would have been till it fell through, LOL! After all, Kiko stays with me when I break out my guitar. Calvin runs from the room!

Bah, not getting house guests anymore. The camp housing area is too far from the area of camp they need to be in, which is true. This camp is much bigger than any other. Still a bit stink, all on my lonesome again. Ok, off I go to soak my road-ridden bones. Happy entertaining (and buy some new running shoes!!). | | Becks wrote: | | Oh yes, lorikeets are extremely loud and they know it, LOL!
Waiting for my house guests to arrive. Cheeky friends of my husbands, it's the army logisitics corps sports week up here and they asked if they could stay cos they didn't want to sleep in a tent for a week LOL! | | guidogodoy wrote: | | A lorikeet is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Talking about the needs of the birds, though. Kiko will pout if I don't give her a headrub before she sleeps.
Ok, enough of this....I could go on with birds forever! | | Becks wrote: | | Awww that is awesome! Pets that interact with you are so much fun. So cute. | | guidogodoy wrote: | | Ah they are lovely, Becks. Kiko has been my best friend for some 10 years.
Once someone asked me...what does she (they, really, as I also have Fred) do? Dumb freakin' question. They are smarter than the dogs, communicate better and are also creatures used to companionship. Kiko screeches when I am not in the room and Fred, well, he is a handfull. Talks! Makes a big difference. Especially at 6am. "Hello Fred!" First greeting of every day....
