LOL lots of chatter on here today! Yep MG, my copy of Forged Steel arrived today! Been an extremely busy day though so I haven't had time to listen, and it's just about bed time, but I will crank it in the morning

Thanks for the advice. I'd prefer not to have to run around Quebec wasting time trying to find a post office.
Still, cutting it close if it gets close to day 10. Let's hope the transaction goes through quickly.
Feeling fine, BTW. Thanks. Last EEG came through with nary a spike. Hopefully, the doc saw SOME activity upstairs! LOL!

Hi Guido,
Throw them in a card and they will make it there in 7-10 days. I think the BIG problem is with "packages" like my CD. I don't even want to know what they did with that! LOL! Sorry to hear about your giving up the tickets. I hope you are feeling better!

Crapola! I am trying to dump my Toronto tix (sadly) thanks to my recent health issues. This customs news doesn't make me happy to hear as they'll go to waste if they get there a day late!
Hmmm....dilemma. Do I send them to my brother in Toronto or take them with me to Quebec when I go on the 5th and overnight them FROM Canada. I'd hate for them to be caught in a customs nightmare and time is getting short.

HA! I sent my brother, who lives in Toronto, a CD with all our parents old photos downloaded onto it by priority mail. It took 2 weeks in Canadian customs! I was convinced they were going to look at each and every picture and consider some of the ones of me at age 5 in the kiddie pool as kiddie porn! It FINALLY got there, but it took forever! Priority mail my butt!

You got that right! I usually get the disapproving head shake when I start laughing. For us they think that if you are laughing, you are not working hard enough.
