Yes but you either have to hack the iPod or, even easier, convert it. I assume that you are using a PC? If so, just do a google search for "convert wma files to mp3." You'll find a ton of apps that will do it. Of course. Even if it didn't, you can convert just about anything to anything else. Piece 'o cake.

iTunes plays MP3s though, so no need. That goes for Mac and PC.

in that case you will need someone smarter than me. I think you can make all the mp3 into m4a files for itunes, but not the reverse. I just never did it.

That sucks. I'll have to figure it out b/c I want to get an mp3 player, and it might as well be an iPod since their music store is more than double the size of Yahoo Music Jukebox - which is where I currently purchase individual tracks.

I just play all my mp3's thru media player, and only use itunes for m4a files. I only got it when I got a bootleg priest concert in m4a format.
