Does anyone know where the link to KK Downing interview that was posted last week is? He mentioned two Priest songs done by other artist that he likes and now I'm curious to hear them. |

Dude, I am not the King of JP.com (I am the General....heh). Thus, no need to answer or apologize to me. Mention MRH anytime you want. Wasn't that the band I said that I'd even try to digup a bootleg for you so you could see your wife get that guitar pick? I'm just glad that you do recognize that the only time you really mention Priest, it is to trash them. Disrespect to do so on their own website, if you ask me. You KNOW something is wrong when you are on the same side as Bwian. Only true difference is to swap out MRH and his favorite, Maiden.
That said, post anything you so desire. If you recall, what really kicked this off was me saying that I liked the new Van Halen!

I'm not sure that you really care but I did try to find out the meaning of the two X's. I asked on their site
and the response that I got was that in the beginning they all wore different style masks and attire. After a few albums they decided
to have a more universal look. They all started wearing similar attire and masks that bore the XX symbol. To sum it up if I'm understanding
correctly the XX was the ending of one era and the start of another. Now they use the two X's in everything MRH.
@Guido, (and anyone else it bothers) I get your frustration with me mentioning these guys all the time.
I've mentioned Priest on their site but not to the extent that I've mentioned MRH here. I know that people here do not care about them.
I'll try to take that into consideration in future posts. What some should understand though is that I'm only trying to help keep this site going
by posting and contributing. I post about and contribute by discussing what's going on in my life or things that interest me in life. Right now
MRH is the band that interests me the most.
Not an apology or attempt at dialogue.
I know where we stand. I'm OK with it. Peace!

They have an album (compilation of a couple albums) called XX

so it's probably a play on that.

A question for anyone with input. Who is crazier, the person who posts on a blog or the person who tracks you? Is it a simple lack of understanding of how a blog / noticeboard works?
Serious question. [ed note. I'll include YouTube there as well as you can see stalkers left and right. Not knowing Facebook, I won't comment on that but any thoughts are welcome].

Straight income. Sounds like it's similar to here. Depends on your earnings though, 30% is about average. Our goods and services tax is 15%.
That's true HRMG, you can't expect something without having to pay for it! The only reason we get our medical care the way it is is because of the taxes we pay.
[Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Head banger from Friday, November 09, 2012 7:45:30 AM) | | Head banger wrote: | | straight income tax or overall taxation with property tax, sales tax, etc?
income here varies province to province, probably averages 35%. I am in one of the lowest provinces, I pay about 30%. if I earned more that would climb a bit.
total taxation is a little over 50% on average. | | Becks wrote: | | What's the tax rate there like? When I was working I think mine was about 30%.

I am torn on this, I live in a country with socialized health care, and we were shipping pregnant women 5 hours away to montana to give birth. honestly, I know as a man I will be killed for this, but on the overall medical spectrum, a normal birth is fairly simple. C section, sure thats more involved, other complications, but a basic birth, we should be able to handle. need knee surgery, sure no problem, see your DR, from that first visit to surgery, 2 years. go to the USA, drop some cash, the same surgery you needed in 2 weeks.
I dont like the idea of people going bankrupt, or dying because they couldnt afford health care, but
and the idea our goverment proposes that we have the same service for everyone is crap. a pro hocky player (thats on ice to you down under folk) tears up his knee, he could have surgery in 24 hours. get hurt at work, 2 weeks. know the prime minister, similar. same guy who would have been 2 weeks if he got hurt at work gets hurt at home, could be 2 years. bogus.

I think that 50% of our government spending is health care. should look that up I supose [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by guidogodoy from Thursday, November 08, 2012 11:09:16 PM) | | guidogodoy wrote: | | Exactly! Man I could respond but I really don't want a back and forth here. I've had too many already.
I was happy and wanted to express it but I don't want to keep posting just to irritate people here.
Take care man. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by guitardude from Thursday, November 08, 2012 5:01:44 PM) | | guitardude wrote: | | Bud
The world may as well end, though that was only an injection of humor! I hate O`drama, he has destroyed the US as we knew it, and the fact that he was re-elected is amazing after the first four years. How the hell can it get any better when he forces socialism down our throats and breaks any damned law he so chooses to to force this on us. We need a business man to run the country, not a lawyer that is a loop hole specialist. Our economy is big business, that is why we need a businessman to run the place. Checks and balances brother , not check after check after check! | | Budred wrote: | | Man, you're entitled to your opinions just like the rest of us but it is a little funny that you would rather

On another note, it was hilarious watching his acceptance speech on "Fox News". You could see their anchors with a look of

What's the tax rate there like? When I was working I think mine was about 30%.

I am torn on this, I live in a country with socialized health care, and we were shipping pregnant women 5 hours away to montana to give birth. honestly, I know as a man I will be killed for this, but on the overall medical spectrum, a normal birth is fairly simple. C section, sure thats more involved, other complications, but a basic birth, we should be able to handle. need knee surgery, sure no problem, see your DR, from that first visit to surgery, 2 years. go to the USA, drop some cash, the same surgery you needed in 2 weeks.
I dont like the idea of people going bankrupt, or dying because they couldnt afford health care, but
and the idea our goverment proposes that we have the same service for everyone is crap. a pro hocky player (thats on ice to you down under folk) tears up his knee, he could have surgery in 24 hours. get hurt at work, 2 weeks. know the prime minister, similar. same guy who would have been 2 weeks if he got hurt at work gets hurt at home, could be 2 years. bogus.
