| Hey Metal Family!! How is everyone? I'm doing fantastic! Up to my eyeballs in Puppy poop however, yep, we did it. Got my son his first puppy. It's been over 4 years since I had a dog so this is so cool. I forgot how much happier I am with a dog in my life (yes, that may sound lame but it's true). Was able to give up all the junk food and get back into the 5am workouts, but damn that last one is tough. Especially since my metabolism will still let me get away with it. Hell, I'm even riding my stupid spinner bike for 30 minutes a day. Just not ready to give up my very last vice just yet I guess, but I'm still working on it.
