Argh I'm playing around on youtube and I watched the scene where Mufasa dies in The Lion King, I shouldn't have watched it, gets me all teary eyed every time haha!

Good idea Guido. I'm going for a run tomorrow but may keep it short if my knee acts up. My leg joints have always been problematic. I remember during hockey games, my ankles would collapse FUCK that would hurt!
