Especially with Lucy sheding like a snow storm! Just touch her and hair flies! I've been brushing her but she still has dandruff comming off showing that she is really just now getting back to healthy and will take some time. If I wear black to work I have to make her stand down before I leave or she'll just Cover me in little white hairs!

Luckily the place of work is only like 6km away, so a nice short drive LOL!
ARGH I know what you mean about housework haha, such a thankless task cos the house gets messy again right away LOL!

An hour at work sure goes by way too quick considering the time and gas you put into getting there, hardly worth it. But like you have said, got to start somewhere. Today I'm investing in the time honored, payless job, of house work, God! Somebody give me a raise! LOL

Hi Becks. Congrats and good luck with your new job. Weekend hours always suck if you have to be working but, as you say, it's a job and that's always good to have! We're also heading into winter here. Getting colder and darker quicker almost every morning lol. On thursday morning I ended up trapped in a rain storm and cycled for almost 3 hours in the rain, not fun but at least I didn't chicken out. I looked like a drowned candy box when I got home (all the rediculously bright coloured clothing cyclists are forced to wear so that cars/trucks/moving objects can see us and not hit into us). My cycling shoes were full of water and I couldn't feel my feet by the time I got them off.

Hey hey! It's Sunday!!
Sounds like everyone is having a fantastic day so far.
Wow, what a busy weekend. I'm kind of glad that it's coming to and end though. It's been a busy one from Friday through Sunday..
As I mentioned, the LKJ show on friday night, spent the whole of saturday doing kiddy things (they deserved it they were so well behaved with the sitter on friday) and today was the Olive Festival. I love it! Once a year in this little town they have th olive festival where you go and .. well, it's pretty self explanitory lol. Got my yearly stock of fresh pressed organic olive oil and olives and some really groovy earings! The kids had fun wondering between all the stalls and got some stickers to decorate their toyboxes with so the whole family went home happy.. Now it's time to eat! I'm starving! Pasta is on the menu tonight, I love pasta! |
