You can't expect to correct a long term sleep problem in just a handful of days, your body will have to adjust, but still that's better than before by far!

Maybe you just need to get used to them for a while longer?
I'm not allowed to get any yet! I want contacts! But the Dr. say's my eyes are not yet bad enough! What? Seems if I got contacts to settle the distance problem then I would have to have reading glasses to make up for the upclose vision, so either way! glasses!

Can't do it. Even with heavy meds, I am still fighting to try to make it to bed by 1am...

Wow. Looks like the workplace doesn't stop for anybody. Just make sure you get to bed as early as possible (at least until you find out what caused that seizure)...which means no playing Keeper of the Night!

Hey, I even found my lost contact! Stuck to the outside of the stupid bottle.

While I have a new pair in right now, I don't really know if I am well-suited for these suckers....

Good guess...yup. Workday. Trying to take it easy but now wouldn't be the time to lose health insurance. Putting in half days this week while trying to crank out as much as I can from home. While far from feeling 100%, I have to get back to full speed next week whether I want to or not.

Got out to walk the dogs tonight and didn't fall over....I take that as a good sign!

Medicinal drinks aren't the sort of things that you take leisurely sips of though I suppose lol, I'd drink it pretty quickly. Adding honey is a good idea too.

Crap...it's been a while since I've had a cup...it has a very strong, bitter onion-like taste (to the point where you don't want to drink it at all). The smell is even worse. But man...were my nights so nice after having that tea. No troubles at all.
My mom likes to add a teaspoonful of honey to make it sweeter.

I'll remember that the next time I feel like a board slapped me across the face! Which is usually due to happen right about now. Allergies can really lead to nasty sinus infections.

Thought maybe you left it on for the water to turn brown. Just thought I'd ask.

You peel off the outermost skin (the flaky stuff).

Do you leave the onionskin on or peel it?

All you have to do is cut a few slices of onion, then boil them until the water has a brown-ish color. Take out the onion slices and pour it into a cup. Take in the smell for a couple of minutes (you HAVE to if you want the stuffiness to go away, no matter how strong the smell might be!!!), and drink it all up. And viola!! You will be able to breathe easier!!

Nope. It's your regular average tea, made pretty much the same way as any other tea. Cinnamon tea is also just as effective in relieving congestion. It's also got a very nice taste to it.
