It's really funny how things work out in the end. You just never know what "experience" you get from one job will actually help you land the job you really want! For example, I was a bagger at the supermarket - back when people actually bagged your groceries and the cashier could fly through your order. I also had to bring all the grocery carts in from the parking lot, back when they didn't have motorized things to push them for you. When I interviewed for my Med Tech job, the supervisor looked over my previous jobs and asked me about that job. When I told her what I did, she got wide eyed and said, "That's hard work, pushing all those carts." I told her that the worst was in the winter when there was a foot of snow! She was impressed by the fact that I took a job like that and did it for 2 years when I could have done something much easier. So you just never know what might impress someone. I believe that things happen for a reason and every job I had before helped me get my Med Tech job.

Nice to see you back Becks, not much going on I'm afraid but that's OK, do you think you should give the Sinful thread a Swift Kick in the Behind?

Wow, that's cool! The fact the lady took in to account you could have done something easier, but stuck with that job! Show's a good work ethic!
Right, off to walk the dog. I will return later!

I just read that, hopefully it works out for me like it did for your husband! That's so awesome he managed to get his dream job.

Hi Becks,
I'm doing good here. Getting ready for the 4th of July. I left you a message in the "something pissing you off" thread from your post yesterday.
