I find that with problems such as that, if the money isn't spent on the bill, it gets spent somewhere else, then you have this huge bill that finally comes and you're left trying to come up with it all at once...it's a tough position to be in...good luck!!

Yeah we have absolutely been overcharged, we never use gas, and we've been charged from the 5th of December - when we moved in - and the gas was disconnected then and for MONTHS after that. Stupid idiots.

Speaking of which..... The electricity bill has not been sent to my house for 6 months.... Mum rang them asking why... they said they had changed over the billing system.... So still another month later no bill..... the bill is accumilating but they haven't sent out the bill.... Errrrm can't understand why they don't want their money??? ....Oh yeah she did ring them AGAIN this past week..... still waiting on the bill....... (Imagine that.... somebody actually wanting a bill to be delivered?)...
