Nothing to disagree about Guido...as you grew up there I would expect you to know more of what the deal is for how much longer it's been happening. I'm an outsider looking in and that's just what I've seen since the late '80's. The road to recovery is a long one, but it's definitley doable!!

Detroit has a REALLY sad neighborhood right by a rescue place that is basically where the homeless set up. Thousands, literally.
