See ya Vail!
Good idea Guido. I'm going for a run tomorrow but may keep it short if my knee acts up. My leg joints have always been problematic. I remember during hockey games, my ankles would collapse FUCK that would hurt!

Becks - just thinking of either a short speed run or even a two mile walk tomorrow. Just something to keep moving. Kinda feel bad just sitting around. Tried a knee brace but worry about it rubbing the skin off on race day.

Good idea Guido, you'll do it more damage before race day. You want to be able to sail past all the cellphone runners haha! I didn't go running today either, my right knee was stuffed.One of the ligaments me thinks.

I'm great, thx...hope you are too......and no...there's nothing new around here that I would know...actually it's because I have no tv here to see what's going on....waiting for the flight 666 ...I saw it in the iron maiden's web page some days ago and it was the costa rica's video posted there!!!!!!!

Say, I was thinking of you today. Seen the South Park episode with the Pinewood Derby car? It is a new one just released on SouthParkStudios.com.
Stan's dad helps him make it, cheats by putting in something he stole from an atom collider and gets that sucker to warp speed. Man, when that car takes off had me laughing hysterically!

Kinda looks like a sweet potato to me. Bleah! Michigan is a BIG producer. Only thing worse to me than eating one is finding yourself behind a truck of those horrible things. They tended to flip out bouncing all over the road.
