Love Bites is my fav. It shows almost all of Rob's vocal ranges. |

The best Judas Priest ballas has got to be Dreamer Deceiver! It is absolute sex appeal! It's legendary. Some other great ballads are Prisoner Of Your Eyes and Before The Dawn. They are all awesome! |

Now I'm hooked on Fire Burns Below. Beautiful accoustic solo, twin leads and Rob's vocal filled with emotions. |

Did an 8 mile run tonight with this topic in my head (and ears): most beautiful Priest ballad.
At the moment, it is "Here Come the Tears." Like many have said, it is just too beautiful. Haunting melody mixed with plaintive vocals that are accentuated all the more as it serves as the intro to the explosive force that is "Dissident Aggressor."
My opinion may change tomorrow but, for tonight, HCtT has my vote. |

Prisoner of your eyes
One song that proves Rob is the metal god
Also one of the greatest solos I've ever heard

I agree Jeanine, Here Come The Tears is a wonderful ballad. Haunting vocals from Rob, and just a wonderfully written and performed song. I have to agree with Maple Syrup. I need to go with "Here come the Tears". It is just so haunting, sad, full of depth. I am sooo looking forward to a new album with yet another ballad. They must, they must!!!! |

Great choice BTW. I forget about the slowed down Diamonds and Rust. Now, I'm torn. ??? Which do I love more? Like you said, hard to chose, just depends on the mood someone is in at the time I guess......................Now, back to the video.
