Let me break it down for you. When you find a video you would like to post, look below it and there should be a button called "embed" if it's activated you will get a long webaddress when you click on it. Copy that web address, then go to this site hit post.
If you will notice when you have the post area opened at the top left hand corner of the page is a button called "Source" Click on it then paste your copied link into the conversation part. Click on the "Source" button once again, and your done. If you are using Explorer your video will post then if you are using Foxfire you may get nothing or a big black box, that's ok, just hit post and your video will apear.
