Actually, I stuff them with sausage and Parm.cheese! I also top them with a small piece of mozzarella! YUM!!!!!!!! They are really good. Always a crowd pleaser! Difficult to make as I have to saute them in batches then line them up in a pan and bake them to melt the cheese topping!
Anyway, THREE days until Christmas and I just returned from buying the Princess her gift. I dare not say what I got her as she is such a SNOOP she will likely even look here!!! HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Wow, 30 people!! That's a lot of stuffed mushrooms, LOL! As is the tradition here, Christmas time is for BBQs, so that is what we'll be doing many times over the next few days, woohoo! LOL.

Thirty people?! And you should see the amount of food we have to make Christmas dinner for seven... shame about your weather- we've had a tonne of snow in Manchester which is very unusual these days so yesterday was a lot of fun, except for we nearly didn't make it back from church as it's all uphill and there were a few scary moments. Sadly that is probably our lot for Christmas, fog and rain all the way from now on.

I think its because the buttercream contains an emulsion, which separates when frozen.
