Haaa! You should describe yourself as a "sprinter" then! Sounds more impressive than a 4k! LOL! As long as you have the proper gear. Gotta look the part. Nice shiny shoes, top, go through a 1/2 hour warm-up. HAAAAA!!!!
Me? Treadmill save for the marathons races. "Weather" freaks me out! Only thing worse than wind for me are HILLS! Too bad Nashville (Music Marathon) is known for them. Ah well. What else have I got to do, eh?

I'm a short distance runner, so only 4km, and yes outside. I try to go fast though, lol. My legs have felt like lead the last couple of runs which is a pain, hope that stops soon. It was overcast outside and mild, temp of maybe 15 degrees C maximum? So nice running weather - what I prefer anyways LOL. No wind either which is a bonus, I hate running in to a head on wind LOL.

A guy around here who owns a tatoo parlor, has his SUV airbushed with some impressive work. It appears that the side of the vehicle has been ripped open and there is a dragons eye peeping through the rip, in keeping with his sign work from his shop apptly named Mystic Tatoos.
