That is so f**k'd up it's funny!
I feel for you and Lori. I worked nights for 3 yrs. some time ago, and just the sunlight made it hard enough to sleep let alone all that stuff going on. Hope things get better for you.

Lori, I have the same problem with a neighbor that mows his lawn at midnight because he's a weird little hermit! WTF Mowing at midnight!
