Becks.. you'll absolutely love an acoustic kit.. So far my neighbours haven't complained but I think it's because we have an 'understanding' lol.. I have considered looking into an electronic kit for when I would like some quiet practice time etc and also with the built in metranome I think it would do wonders for timing etc. I agree that the internet tabs suck.. half of them are indeciferable. Making your own notations are much easier I reckon.. And good to write up some stuff you come up with on your own too. Feck.. I better get going.. lesson in 10 minutes time!
Hang on.. Maybe we can commision Scott to publish a book of notations for us?? If we asked really, really nicely.. lol

Good question HB...apparently there are only 3 leagues of AAA minor league ball...the International, Mexican and Pacific Coast leagues...then they, of course, are broken down to their respective divisions...why this is??...I have no idea, but it seems quite odd to me as well...maybe there's an answer out there, but I don't know it off hand...

Yo Ron!! Yeah , the 51s are the Vegas franchise. Used to be the Dodger's affiliate but the owner refused to upgrade the ANCIENT facilities we have here so the Dodgers left after last season. They now have the Blue Jays here!! The owner here is a moron but..., well, it is minor league. Still, I do enjoy going to the games. You can ALWAYS get a great seat and the price is unbeatable.
Funny thing about ticket prices, I paid over $100 a piece for Dodger seats in LA. Paid $70 a piece for the San Francisco seats (luxury area!) and in San Diego, I got the same field level box seats for $55 a piece!!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to AT&T Park in San Francisco! GREAT time in a beautiful park. PETCO park is really nice as well. I have been there a few times and I am really looking forward to this game!!!!

Good question HB...apparently there are only 3 leagues of AAA minor league ball...the International, Mexican and Pacific Coast leagues...then they, of course, are broken down to their respective divisions...why this is??...I have no idea, but it seems quite odd to me as well...maybe there's an answer out there, but I don't know it off hand...

Yes!! The Norris Division sounded so black and blue!!! They've pretty much did the same in all the sports leagues...all they needed to do was align the teams in the correct geographical divisions, they didn't have to go re-naming everything!!!

The "Road to Wrigley," presented by National City, will include family-friendly priced tickets, activities for children of all ages and traditional Minor League attractions. The game will start at 1:20 p.m. CT, and tickets are available at cubs.com and start as low as $5.
Last July 29, the Class A Peoria Chiefs and Kane County Cougars played in the first "Road to Wrigley," which drew 32,103 fans for a Midwest League game. It was believed to be the only Minor League game ever played at Wrigley Field.
Iowa is in its 29th season as a Cubs affiliate. Through Tuesday, the Iowa Cubs were 1 1/2 games out of first place in the Northern Division

Yo Ron!! Yeah , the 51s are the Vegas franchise. Used to be the Dodger's affiliate but the owner refused to upgrade the ANCIENT facilities we have here so the Dodgers left after last season. They now have the Blue Jays here!! The owner here is a moron but..., well, it is minor league. Still, I do enjoy going to the games. You can ALWAYS get a great seat and the price is unbeatable.
Funny thing about ticket prices, I paid over $100 a piece for Dodger seats in LA. Paid $70 a piece for the San Francisco seats (luxury area!) and in San Diego, I got the same field level box seats for $55 a piece!!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to AT&T Park in San Francisco! GREAT time in a beautiful park. PETCO park is really nice as well. I have been there a few times and I am really looking forward to this game!!!!

BROOKLYN CYCLONES OPEN UP NEXT FRIDAY. I HAVE 3 GAMES IN THE FIRST WEEK. IT'S ALWAY GREAT TO SEE THE FANS THAT SIT IN OUR SECTION THAT WE HAVEN'T SEEN SINCE SEPTEMBER. THEY HAVE A LOT OF GREAT PROMOTION WHERE THE KIDS GET VERY INVOLVED. OUR LITTLE LEAGUE HAS A NIGHT THERE WHERE THE KIDS IN UNIFORM GET TO TAKE THE FIELD WITH THE PLAYERS FOR THE NATIONAL ANTHEM.
