OUCH Becks - commiserations! I had a similar problem last month, but not on the same scale - my landlord wanted double rent as my September payment hadn't gone through, and it basically cleaned me out - overdraft included. Major bummer man. Hope your situation gets sorted out without doing too much damage to the Xmas fund.

HAAAAAHAAHAAAA!!! Oh man, I wish it had been that easy for me when I was living in my last accommodation! I was house-sharing with, among others, a Jehovah's Witness... At one point we (my fianc�e and I, plus a friend of ours) all missed DINNER because we were arguing so long and hard - not that it wasn't fascinating stuff (and I do enjoy challenging people's faith 'cos it's often the only time in their LIVES when they actually start to think critically of their own viewpoints - sadly rarely for very long), but man were we hungry afterwards... Maybe I should get a Maiden T-Shirt just to scare away any Christian fundies who might come knocking!!!

Yes! Long it was and far it was but oooh such a good time! There are some (less than flattering) photos up on my facebook profile if you wanna check them out and one or two scenery shots to show my lovely country off. I still have slightly stiff calf muscles but they're eased enough for me to spin tomorrow. Got a cool race coming up on Sunday so I don't want to overdo anything there. I'm hoping to improve time to move up in seeding catagory.

Hey,well we are all ready for some Judas Priest styled heavy metal but the Winter Songs album kinda spoiled the mood for some evil bone crunching metal mayhem...christmas songs kinda has the nack of doing that!! lol !!!! I was so pooped on Halloween I totally missed the 'festivities' lol.
On Saturday we did a 22km mountain hike. I was under the impression that it was a 'mountain walk' Totally different thing all together. Turns out climbing a mountain whilst wearing trainers not good at all!
Never the less, the hike was fantastic although physically I was unprepaired for it. My feet hurt like hell by the time we were done but so worth it. The views were amazingly beautiful and I had such a sense of acomplishment once I crossed the finish line.
