Nope, it doesn't. The order of the day for work will be long johns, long sleeve shirts, and then finally that ultra thin piece of material they call scrubs in the medical field. LOL  I was also told that we are to get rid of all AC strips in all parts of the building. Where am I going to plug my portable heater in now! Yikes! I'll have frost bite on by feet without it!

Well hello Blah-sters
Despite all the negativity, maybe we can all just try to inject a bit of positivity?
For the most part, most of us get along and know how to conduct ourselves. Lets not let the bad overshadow the good huh? Sounds like a good idea to me.
Spring is nearly upon us in Africa so any day now the cold is going to leave for good and I'll be free from this fecking flu virus lol. It seems to have slammed our household big time. On a positive note, this is the sickest I"ve been all winter which is a great improvement on last winter! Something must be working lol.
I hope everyone has a great day and finds some special enjoyment just to enjoy for yourselves

Steve, while it may be that you are what initiated Murrays comments , Bev makes a great point. It is about a bigger picture here and the conduct we as a membership display. Yes there are those that are usually the cause but WE respond. Ignore features notwithstanding. I still have faith in this Board and those that are regular members. Bev, don't take this on personally. You are no more guilty than any one of us. We as regulars have a responsibility to Murray, the Band and one another. that is how I see it.
WhereAmI, i seem to recall that the last interaction you and I had was not pleasant. I could be VERY wrong here but I seem to remember you admonishing me not to speak to you and I have honored that request over the last couple years. I respect your position and desire to remain devoid of this "drama". I cannot say I blame you. |
