Well, I'd say that "Leaders of the Pack" is such a solid name that takes both the "Leaders" and cubscout "Pack" into it that it'll be tough to top.
While "Lead(ers) Break" was the first thing that came to mind (followed by "Leader's Fire"), I'd really think that something that kept the word "Leaders" in it but put it in the opposite position might be the way to go. Haven't come up with anything solid yet but I am leaning towards something that would be like "XX of the Leaders" or "XX Leaders". <==opposite position.
