Hey all,

An other long day is almost past, just a quick hello and bye before it's time for NCIS and the mentalist begins.

It's been a bussy week already and the following days aren't any better.
I'll be back soon ;)

C u all, be save !

Afternoon all!!! Just stopping in for a quick "How do" before I get comfy and watch the Dodger game! I read the article on Billboard with Rob. I see he is still insisting that they will do Nostradamus in its entirety next year. Hmmm, cannot say I really believe that is wise but I figure they know more than I do about it so.......

I do like the idea of a British Steel tour. I am starting to get excited for the Detroit gig I will attend with guido!!! While it has been sometime since I have listened to BS in its entirety, I seem to recall that the songs are very vocally friendly to Rob...especially nowadays. I think that the lack of high notes and sustained upper register will be a great benefit to him in  a live show. Should be an awesome show!

For those of you that have tix to the tour this year, PLEASE be sure to post reviews!!!!!!! I am looking forward to the first comments about this tour. It always seems to help me get "in the mood"!!!    HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow the site looks nice! A lot seems to have happened since I last posted. The vacation did me a lot of good and now I am back to work. Last sunday the 17th I saw Opeth here in Tucson w/Enslaved. That was absolutely awesome!! I love Opeth and they did not disappoint. Now I am just planning out the summer including to see Priest in Phoenix in August and (possibly) Mayhem Festival in July. Just giving a shout to everyone here to have a good hump day will be on later in the day!

Can't remember the last time I saw so much "yappin" on this Board!!! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guido and his ongoing "eye debacle"..Oh Man!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!  Well, I would think glasses are your best choice, at least until you have some memory function!  Anyhoo....Sorry I missed all the fun! I had a thought about staying around last night but the Princess put the "kabosh" on that and sent me packing to the bedroom. ( I never get to do what I want!!!....HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Hope it is a great day for all!!!! I have some music to work on AND there are several games on TV!! YaHOOOOOOO!!! Shaping up nicely! As humiliating as it might be, take the bus (if THAT's even available as a means of transportation in Nowhere, TN). I take it all then time when I want to go to the big city and it's not half bad. Heck, I'm taking the train to get to the city where I'll see Judas Priest!! Where there's a will, there's a way.

I gotta get off for now. Got a small homework assignment to do. Buenas Noches, Guido! Cuidate mucho!

Drink some cranberry juice. I used to wake up every morning to stomach cramps before I drank that stuff. It should alleviate that part of the meds problem somewhat.

Between my sister, who has the shopping gene, and my daughter who apparently has it too, i'm just worn thin on such things. If it were up to me I would enter a store with a cattle prob and zap anyone in my way just so I could finish in record time! I must be missing the "chick" gene in that respect! LMAO!

I'm off, got stuff to do early tomorrow. Night everyone!

Nope, matter of fact, I don't remember that in the least. Not surprising. That has been my life lately. I have been reading the same few pages of a book for DAYS!

That said, it wouldn't matter what time I said I'd be available to put in contacts. I wouldn't remember anyway....

That was how you described them the last time the topic was brought up, remember? The word just got stuck in my head.

Now then...what time are you available for the placement of your contacts?

You would have loved the sunglasses I picked out while waiting for them to find my new contacts today. BIG ol' granny glasses. Had 'em all laughing at how horribly ugly they were on me.
[spapad] Tuesday, May 26, 2009 9:53:52 PM
I look fine in sunglasses but not the other glasses. They are bare minimum lineless, just the top part and I look like dork in them! So, I have the pictures to prove that! HA!! Wont be throwing them up tonight though because I'm bout ready for bed. Sheesh Shoping with Flora tonight took a toll on me. I hate clothes shopping, she loves it. Soooooooooooo very long! Thought I would die of boredom. I'm no shopper.

After about three years' worth of wearing contacts, it only takes me about 30 seconds for me to put them on. This pic shows how I put them on (except I use my middle fingers to stretch out the lids and let my right index finger to put in the contact).

[spapad] Tuesday, May 26, 2009 9:16:07 PM
Maybe it was because someone else was trying to touch your eyes, I can put eyeliner on etc, myself but if someone else is messing with my eyes I flinch and tighten up my eyes. Maybe?

I'm not allowed to get any yet! I want contacts! But the Dr. say's my eyes are not yet bad enough! What? Seems if I got contacts to settle the distance problem then I would have to have reading glasses to make up for the upclose vision, so either way! glasses!
