Listen, anyone who doesn't understand that not only is it possible but even PROPER to do a phone interview from a company phone where you currently work isn't worth your time or effort.
I would have simply left a message stating this obvious limitation and leave it up to her to work around it.

Ok, not to change the subject, but this morning I got a call from our UPS driver to inform me that his wife who owns a home health business was firing her secretary today and that if I would like the job to call her and talk to her about it. Well, that's nice to know but while Wormer sits feet away from me kind of hard for me to phone in an interview at work, then later today he called me back asking why I had not called her yet and I told him I had not had the chance.
