There was no such thing as HEAVY METAL when I heard Burning Up off the Hell Bent album at a friend's house. I have been a DIE HARD M F'N PRIEST FAN since!!! No other band even come's remotely close to Priest in my heart of hearts. |

My first favorite metal band was Ozzy's solo band. Saw the 'Bark At The Moon' video on an old TV show called Friday Night Videos. I was hooked from then on, but got swept up in the whole hair metal thing that was dominating Mtv in the 80's. I credit Metallica's hit 'One' for beginning to straighten me out though, and I also have to credit the payroll guy from one of the US Navy air wing's (his name escapes me at this time), for having someone to talk with about metal. |

Introduced to Sabbath in the late '70s by friends and got right into the metal scene then. Loved Friday nights at The Ruskin Arms (Stratford, east London) where there would usually be a live band. The first live band I saw was at The Ruskin - Desolation Angels, who released a decent single at the time called Valhalla. Very limited edition. Never did find out if they made it big, but they certainly had talent. |

Always has been Judas Priest! Many moons ago I was in Leicester (UK) with nothing to do in the evening! Judas Priest were playing Demontfort Hall, so I went without knowing much about their music and I was just blown away by the show! Been a big fan eversince!
Although I now live in the states I'm disappointed that I can't make the Camden N.J. show! would have been awsome to see the boys in America! |

JUDAS MUTHAFUCKIN' PRIEST!!!!!
Their music and Rob's angelic, almost a smirky - sarcastic voice, gives me that push to overcome the bullies in my life.

I'm proud to say Priest were my first metal band! It was when the video for "You've Got Another Thing Comin" came out & I took one look at K.K. and said "Holy S&*#!!!!!!" (I was 12, lol)
Bought the album w/my allowance money. Tucked away my Go Gos and Bananarama albums
Fell totally completely in love with the sound. Never looked back!!!!
