Freeze, the fact that it starts at 8pm out west means that it's seriously tape-delayed b/c it starts at 8pm EST. So, I will check and post if there is anything to report by 9pm EST (6pm PST).

Well Darth, it starts at 8 PM here in the west. Not sure about the east. I would like to see them win as well but I know I cannot sit through three and a half hours of anything! My condition prevents me from staying up much past nine or ten at best. If they do run that category early, I will see it. If not, you all will have to tell me all about it!

For some reason, the Grammy awards don't appear to be on tv over here- any bets on it being the Mars Volta and... ooh Slipknot? They're always gonna go for the more unit shifting stuff..
Hey I've just found a report on the Grammy awards on the BBC website- 'British Stars lead Grammy Charge' ... 'a record British contigent' blah blah. Well ok, then you see who it lists. Coldplay? Adele? Leona Lewis? Duffy? Oh yes, these are truly the people to be representing our talented country- NOT A SINGLE MENTION OF JUDAS PRIEST!

| Good day from me as well... Cold here, not as much as it used to be, and at least it stoped snowing! About half a meter of the stuff is still on the ground, and yesterday it completely paralized us. Even the Ljubljana airport was closed down for snow - first time in over 20 years! |

mg, if you want the comercials from the big game, either go back in time and buy a dish, or check yahoo.ca. canadian broadcasters get their own comercials in, and even if its a us chanel, they overwrite the comercials with the ones the canadians are showing.

A quiet afternoon here. The Princess said I could order the fight (UFC), so I did. It will not start for another three hours or so but I am looking forward to it!! Will be ordering from my favorite pizza parlor and having a delicious pie delivered right about the time the preliminaries begin! I am pretty excited! Should be a very enjoyable evening. I know it will be far safer than your last night, Necro!! HAHAHAHAHAHHAAAA!!!!! Sorry! Clearly, I prefer to let others do the fighting!

HA!!!! (courtesy of DF!!) I spent most of my youth growing up in a town called Whiting (IN)!!! I've never taken a fishing trip as I have this HUGE lake in my backyard, but I did go on a canoe trip up to International Boundary Waters (Ely, Minnesota) and we caught fish to eat. We were not allowed to take anything with us that could not be burned in a campfire!! The lake (Michigan) where I have fished usually produces a lot of Steelhead, Lake Perch, Catfish and Carp (Ihave never eaten Carp!!). The smaller lakes around here will produce an abundance of Bass, Carp and Catfish. A lot of folks here also like to Smelt fish, though I never have!!

Where I fish we typically catch Whiting, Yellow Fin Bream, Taylor and the ocassional Flathead. Also good to throw the crab pots in. I haven't eaten the crab yet..... Perhaps a sunday seafood breakfast is in order?..... mmm

Hey there Necro...it's cold and sunny, the house is warm, the fridge is full and I'm alive...so all is good!! Got to catch up on laundry though, some of it's trying to climb up from the basement...lol...how are you doing this fine Saturday??

Sleep is good Ron...someday i'll catch up on it....lol - too many late nights/early mornings on here...no fish today, wife is cooking Beef Rendang, is a kinda curry from Sumatra..so i know what room i'll be spending tomorrow in....lol - hope all is well with ya

Caught heaps of fish... nothing big enough to keep. Caught a crab in the pot, mmmmmm seafood. Was beautiful weather for it, although i did get sunburnt in some odd places..... my knees and ankles..... not to mention the burn line my hat strap left on me. LOL.. Time for a cold drink me thinks..
