Funny you should metion that. Last Thursday, the Princess insisted on cooking dinner. She made beef stroganoff. It was very good! I guess we do need to let them have their way occassionally! I was born in Scotland - but moved here at an early age....always been a stone's throw from the coast. Summers are awesome, winters tho = we pay for it. She wont let me cook today....lol. I have the same problem with bad weather, my friend. Gloomy days really get me down. Always have. The Princess, on the other hand, absolutely loves rainy days. I suppose growing up in the desert has made her this way. Being from the coast, I have always loved hot, sunny days. In fact it is one of the reasons I moved out here. I love the heat!
