I just love the chorus. It came to me all at once as I was writing the melody. I was thinking about that feeling of supreme triumph. Of "rising" from the depths of defeat when all seems lost..That kind of thing. It just sort of spilled out from there!! Here is the chorus for your enjoyment;

I'm not even sure the banks are shutting down for this one, but I assure you every politician in the US is off tomorrow.

It is a national holiday but not many get it off. I'm more like Bob Crachett for holidays only 5 days more fortunate. LOL and up until this year when I climbed the payrole person's but over ripping me off, I was only getting paid 7.5 hours for holiday and vacation days, and I finally showed her she owed me over 16 hours of vacation and holiday pay that she had never paid me, because I work 8 hours, not 7.5 like all the other spoiled children who work there. I somewhat hate my job, but it is a job, and therefore I'm greatful as can be. LOL
