So, if the Priest did random concerts as they said they will do, and if they said they would do one album in its entireity at each venue. If you had the choice, which one would it be. Ofcourse, Add a few filler songs to increase the setlit?
For Me it would be Screaming for Vengeance album. With stuff from DOF, Painkiller, SC, BS, AOR and so on...

The only consolation we have this year is Alice Cooper is deservedly being inducted. Would be nice if the original BAND could get together. But, I agree. Its is a joke, a farce. Judas Preist, Motorhead, Saxon, Black Sabbath (correct me if im wrong), Ronnie James Dio, Whitesnake, Rush, ZZ Top (correct me again if im wrong), Deep Purple (correct me if im wrong), Cream (correct me if im wrong again).....
Fiestly, sorry for saying correct me if im wrong, Im not sure if thy are in. But, all the bands I mentioned all deserve to be in. I think though, that Whitesnake may have trouble because the Hall of Fame is really American and they may not really take much notice of their contribution before 1987 so....
But I do agree, it is a joke, and should be sorted out!! |

I really like W.A.S.P. myself. Got IEC and TCI and Babylon. But I dont like the fact that Blackie is going through this "Born-Again" Christian shite. Considering his history, I think he has sinned beyond redemption anyway. He should write a full awesome record, the next one shouldnt be a concept album like Babylon - which was awesome btw, but like his eighties albums, and be full of good stuff. |

It is a shame that Deep Purple's line-up wasnt stable. Maybe if Gillan and Roger Glover were part of original line-up maybe they could have been even more successful. But then, Glen Hughes and David Coverdale wouldnt have had the platform they would have, and maybe Dio wouldnt be where he was if Rainbow hadnt come about as well as bands like Whitesnake. |

Listening to Perfect Strangers album at the moment and when I first listened to it, I wasn't sure. But I started to get into it, it's kind of fresh, and shows Deep Purple on Top Form, iwht a more modern sound but one distinct difference is, although ian Gillan has an amazing voice, it is clear that since he left in 1973, his upper register has changed completely, but still has a good range. But as a Whitesnake fan, Burn is again, an amazing record. Also, In Rock is a strong and really cool record. The obvious choices would be In Rock, Machine Head, and even burn. I might put forward that The Battle Rage On is a pretty decent record. |

Just joined for first time. I own Screaming for Vngeance and Defenders of the Faith. Anyway, I really hope JP can come to Cardiff in South Wales, would love to see them go out good and proper. Know your not retiring, but getting to see you guys would be epic. |
