Thank you for the information. How about the volume levels from track-to-track on Sad Wings? Does it seem consistent? Like I said before, the 2002 Victor remaster has Tyrant very low and then The Ripper really loud.

I have the collection and what I believe to be a very good sound system. (my hubby makes tube amps, is hi-fi fanatic and extremely fussy on sound and quality thereof) I think that the quality of the remastered albums are up to par.

I don't have that collection myself, but I'm kinda surprised that they aren't being advertised alot here. Just the Single Cuts. Heck, even The Chosen Few had tons of attention time.

Complete Albums? Zip. Zilch. Nada.

I was wondering if anyone has the collection and can comment on the sound quality of Rocka Rolla and Sad Wings. I have the 2002 Victor remasters that most people like, but I didn't care for the Sad Wings remaster because the sound was so inconsistent. The volume on Tyrant was really low, but The Ripper was really loud. Some songs had a lot of bass, some had barely any. I want all the songs to sound like they were recorded at the same time and belong on the same album. Had this been corrected? And does it have the correct tracklisting, beginning with Prelude?

Thank you!
